What apps are used in the Geico smartphone commercial?

Category: Cell Phones,Video Games

Answer:

Brostache GeicoThere is only 1 app available from the Geico smartphone commercial below. The “Yeah Dawg” app is actually a ringtone only. See the links below for more information on each. If anyone can find more information please comment below.

The Brostache App – available for both Android and the IPhone.

The Yeah Dawg App – actually just a ringtone. Available through Myxer.

UPDATE 7/31/2011 – Looks like there was a recent update to the brostache app. There is a “Yeah dog” icon that is hidden on the main screen of the brostache app. Get the update and click around the top right corner. A dog icon will appear.

Yeah dog is part of the brostache app, as well.

Yep….I just found it too. I just update the brostache app and the yeah dog app appeared after I touched the screen in a certain spot (it is hidden and has to be unlocked). The dog looks different from the commercial. Still funny.

There is a free “MobileToast” app in iTunes. It’s a little elaborate in the way you have to open the foil, twist off the cage, and pop the cork, but it’s free and fun.

  10. Zoe says:

I’m thinking you have to get the “Yeah Dog” to then get everything else.
What I believe is that you first have to click is Yeah Dog then click that screen? :p
Idk, I haven’t tried it yet.

  11. Eric says:

He spelled it “ratard” cause that’s the way the guy says it in The Hangover, RATARD.

Found the Yeah Dawg within the Brostache app but no sound, really? Myster gives you the sound but it’s a ringtone and not in the Brostache Yeah Dawg app. LAME.
