How to migrate Kayako Tickets to Vision Helpdesk?

Vision Helpdesk provides an innovative data migration tool. The migration tool automates the entire migration process and easily imports data from Kayako Support Suite or Kayako eSupport –

It takes just two simple steps to transfer your data from your old helpdesk to Vision Helpdesk.

In Vision Helpdesk Manage Portal – Settings >> Migration >> Select Kayako

Step 1 : You need to provide your Kayako helpdesk database login details.

Hostname :
Database :
Database User :
Database Password :

Click Next and on second screen it will show you Kayako Departments —

Step 2 : Decide which department tickets from Kayako helpdesk should go to respective departments on Vision Helpdesk.

Click Next and it will auto Migrate your Kayako Tickets and Users to Vision Helpdesk.
