Another idea is to make chocolate chip cookies with non-dairy chocolate chips or non-dairy chocolate chunks. Bake in a 350-preheated oven for 12 minutes.
If you want vegan ice cream, purchase a few quarts of almond or rice milk and make ice cream at home. Some good additions to the ice cream could be berries, oranges, non-dairy butterscotch chips, almonds, lemon juice, coconut or dried raisins.
You can also prepare zucchini and banana muffins and here is how to make them. First you want to preheat the oven to 350 degrees. After you do this you want to combine two cups each of shredded zucchini and ripe bananas, a cup of brown sugar, a cup of egg substitute, a few teaspoons of butter substitute, two cups of whole wheat flour and three teaspoons of vanilla. Pour spoonfuls in the muffin tin and bake for twenty minutes.
