What is a squeeze page?

Category: Marketing,Website Promotion

Answer:

A squeeze page is a term used to describe a single web page that is used by internet marketers to generate leads for a specific promotional campaign. A typical squeeze page has one purpose, to gradually massage the visitor into action. This action is either leaving the page or adding their contact information.  Many times an email address is all an internet marketer needs to gain the loyalty of a visitor. Building a list of targeted and interested subscribers gives marketers the opportunity to present their sales materials as many times as the receiving party will allow. The content of a squeeze page is often created with little navigation and/or content beyond the opt-in form.
