Zumba Training and FitnessZumba is a type of dance/fitness program that mixes dancing and aerobics with high energy Latin music. Instructors will typically combine easy-to-follow dance moves with alternating fast and slow music rhythms that allows for a highly intense calorie-burning workout. Students, young and old alike, utilize lightweight toning sticks that are designed to target specific body zones. Classes will typically include a mixture of Latin music including meringue, salsa, reggaeton, mambo, flamenco, rumba and calypso.
